Vapor Blasting
Vapor blasting (also referred to as Vapour/Vapor Honing, Vapour/Vapor cleaning, or wet blasting), is an advanced form of sandblasting. Using a calculated mixed media with a formulated water source allows for an unparalleled finish that is unmatched by traditional dry sandblasting. We are a shop made up of a staff of enthusiasts, and recognizing a hole in the market we sought out the absolute best technology possible to restore and refinish your parts. Unlike Sandblasting, it is impossible for the base material or dirty media to impregnate the surface of the blasted material, so a clean technically pure finish is provided which is ideal for a variety of applications. This is especially prudent for close tolerance items, and why Dry Blasting is banned from the Aerospace Industry.
